Our Process

  • 1. Fill Out Request

    Client completes request for verification by filling out an Entity Information Sheet. Based on information received, a quotation will be forwarded..

  • 2. Quote Accepted

    Verification quote accepted and a Rating Pack will be sent. Indicate whether entity qualifies for Generic or QSE pack..

  • 3. Verification Agreement

    Ingkwazi sends Verification Agreement and Client Questioner for signature - The rated entity must complete and return the Rating pack, together with all relevant supporting documentation as well the signed Engagement Letter..

  • 4. Meeting With Client

    Ingkwazi will begin with an on-site client briefing to introduce the team and resolve any last-minute issues or questions..

  • 5. Documentation Required

    Client collates and sends documentation required – Ingkwazi will then verify each element required in the codes according to the verification plan..

  • 6. On site Verification

    Ingkwazi will visit the entity to validate documents, interview company staff and owners/directors/partners..

  • 7. File Review

    File is reviewed by Verification Manager - On completion of the verification, Ingkwazi will communicate and discuss the scores achieved with the measured entity to ensure that all relevant information was utilised..

  • 8. Verification Certificate

    Ingkwazi issues verification certificate to the client - On receipt of the balance of the fee, the certificate will be issued and forwarded to the measured entity..

  • 9. BEE Score Appeal

    Client has five (5) days to appeal the BEE score. Should there be no appeals, or once any issues surrounding the verification have been addressed, Ingkwazi will issue you with a final BBBEE Verified Scorecard and Certificate..

It includes measures such as Employment Equity, Skills Development, Ownership, Management Control, Enterprise and Supplier Development and Socio-Economic Development.

    What Is A BEE Certificate?

    A BEE Certificate is the end product of the B-BBEE verification process listing all critical information such as name, address and registration details of the company assessed, as well as the category, sector code, element scores and points as per the company’s BEE scorecard, and the issue date of the certificate. A BEE certificate is valid for 1 year from date of issue, and can be re-evaluated at any time during that year to potentially achieve a better score. Certificates are only valid when issued by a SANAS accredited agency delete or IRBA approved provider.
